Our "First Time Homebuyer" program is available to ALL
income eligible persons/families looking to purchase their
first home (single family) within the township, regardless of their current residence!

TOWN OF HAMBURG
INCLUSIONARY ZONING LAW!

The "Inclusionary Zoning" law passed in May, 2016 by the Town of Hamburg
as part of its FAIR HOUSING and ZONING laws is currently in force.
All new multifamily developments of eight (8) or more units
must provide for 10% of said project as affordable housing.

The Department of Community Development is tasked with the enforcement of this law.

check the towns code at Chapter 109 - Section 11    OR    Chapter 280 - 51.1
