Fair Housing services are provided by Hamburg Community Development!

The Town of Hamburg, New York is at the forefront of providing its residents with Fair Housing services!  The Town of Hamburg is very proud to be one of only a few government entities within New York State to have its own Fair Housing Law.  In addition, the Town of Hamburg was the first community in Western New York to pass an "inclusionary zoning" provision within its Fair Housing Law (see the law at Chapter 109 of the Town of Hamburg Code (see the link below)).  The Department of Community Development, provides a wide variety of fair housing services in conjunction with its partner, Housing Opportunities Made Equal, Inc.
