Non-Criminal - Check availability due to COVID-19 restrictions
- All non-criminal fingerprints are completed by The Town of Hamburg Detective Bureau, free of charge.
- Town of Hamburg residents only, please bring proper picture identification and your own fingerprint card.
- This service is available by appointment only - Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. & 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. PLEASE CONTACT THE POLICE RECORDS OFFICE AT 648-5111 ext 2512 TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.

Criminal - Check availability due to COVID-19 restrictions
- All criminal fingerprints are completed by the Town of Hamburg Identification Bureau prior to arraignment on charges filed in the Town of Hamburg Justice Court for misdemeanors and felonies.
- Criminal fingerprints are digitally scanned using the RICI fingerprint system and are forwarded to the FBI and New York State Department of Criminal Justice Services for Processing.
