H. E. A. R. T., Inc. is a commercial revitalization organization incorporated in 1987 to assist the Village of Hamburg's Business District. The primary mission of HEART, Inc. is to promote a coordinated design and facade appearance throughout the Village of Hamburg business corridor. HEART, Inc. will provide the vehicle for a commercial facade loan program to assist businesses in creating and maintaining said design and appearance.

HEART, Inc. has provided over 125 commercial facade loans to various businesses within the Village of Hamburg. The commercial facade loan program is administered through the Town of Hamburg's Department of Community Development.
