Passport Photos $17 (you receive two pictures)

First time applying Adult Applicants (16 and Older)

• Passport Book $130 (Payable to Department of State) Cash or Check
• Passport Card $30 (Payable to Department of State) Cash of Check
• Acceptance Fee $35 (Payable to the Town) Cash, Check or Credit Card

All Minor Applicants (Under 16)

• Passport Book $100 (Payable to Department of State) Cash of Check
• Passport Card $15 (Payable to Department of State) Cash of Check
