As members of the law enforcement profession, our fundamental obligation is to protect the constitutional rights and freedoms of everyone and to fairly enforce the laws of the Town of Hamburg, New York State and the United States Government.

In order to achieve and sustain public order, we are committed to a partnership with the citizens and community that we are sworn to protect and proud to serve.
