If you observe a street light outage within the Town of Hamburg, please contact the appropriate utility company as shown below, or you can call the Town of Hamburg Engineering Department at 649-6111, ext. 2350 and we will submit the outage on your behalf.

In order to assist the utility company, please provide as much detail as possible, such as location (i.e. street/address), pole number, type of outage (out, flickering, dim, etc.), if there is damage to the pole, etc.
