All Town of Hamburg Justice Court Seal Orders are completed by the Town of Hamburg Records Office.

All defendants for which a seal order has been issued will be notified by mail that said charge(s) have been sealed. Defendants will be advised that the RICI Arrest report and Booking form associated with the sealed charge(s) will be returned if picked up from the Police Records Office within 30 days of notification. All sealed records not picked up within 30 days will be destroyed. Sealed arrest reports/booking forms can be picked up at the Town of Hamburg Records Office Mon-Fri 8a.m.-4p.m., no appointment necessary. Proper picture identification necessary. Sealed arrest reports/booking forms will be returned only to the person named on the seal order as the defendant.
