Hamburg Economic Area Revitalization Taskforce, Inc. (HEART, Inc.)

HEART, Inc. is a commercial revitalization organization incorporated in 1987 to assist the Village of Hamburg's Business District. The primary mission of HEART, Inc. started out to promote a coordinated design and facade appearance throughout the Village of Hamburg business corridor. HEART, Inc. provided  the vehicle for a commercial facade loan program to assist businesses in creating and maintaining said design and appearance.  Since inception, HEART, Inc. has changed with the Village and now provides loans for exterior or interior projects.  HEART, Inc. has provided over 140 commercial loans to various businesses within the Village of Hamburg. The current loan program is administered through the Town of Hamburg's Department of Community Development. HEART Inc.'s main office for business is now located at:
6122 South Park Avenue Hamburg, NY 14075 (Hamburg Community Development).

Loan amounts/rates vary:
Loans up to $5,000 = 3.5% rate with a maximum 48 month payback
Loans above $5,000 to $10,000 = 3% rate with a maximum 60 month payback
Loans above $10,000 = 2.5% rate with a maximum of 72 month payback.
